When I was pregnant with Ethan and before we knew his gender, I was sure that we were having a girl. I was excited to start shopping in the little girls departments and was fantasizing about quiet tea times. Five months later we found out it was a beautiful boy. I have to admit, my first reaction was that of unbelief because I was sure it was a girl. Kenny even asked the ultrasound technician whether he was sure and what the possibilities were that he was wrong. With a knowing smile on his face, the technician said that he would bet his harley.
As it turns out, God knew what he was doing. Why would we have even doubted. He knew Eli needed a little brother and Ethan needed a big brother. They are the cutest pair even though they fight all the time. There are numerous instances every day where I see that brotherly bond forming. They fight evil villains together, they are nimble ninjas that jump off of everything they can climb (nerve racking) and sometimes they have quite moments where they just talk to each other and make each other laugh. Our boys are blessing to us, each other, and I pray that someday they can bless others together. I hope that this bond grows stronger every passing year, that they support each other and always be the best of friends.

Awww,the boys sure have a stronger love than before, I see it grow and mature more and more. They are the sweetest boys! They both have some amazing teachers in Christ Jesus and you with Kenny! We love you guys soo much! God Bless YOU!!
